I grew up in several countries in Asia including Japan and Singapore. My mother was a fabulous cook who taught me the joy of cooking for my friends and family. After graduating from college in the United States, I lived in and traveled to several more countries and learned to cook different cuisines. I also enjoy eating out with good friends.
